The terms of your booking are on your quote

Every quote carries its own terms, shown on the quote itself and again in front of you when you approve it. They cover the deposit, when the balance is due, what the price includes, and what happens if a date moves. Those terms, as they appeared on the quote you approved, are the agreement between us. Nothing on this page changes them.

If you have a quote open and want to re-read what you agreed to, the link we sent keeps working and keeps showing the version you signed.

Prices and photographs on this site

Anything here describing what things cost is a guide, not an offer. Every event is priced on what it actually needs, and the only price that binds either of us is the one on a quote we have sent you.

The photographs are of our own installations. They show the style rather than a promise of an identical arrangement: flowers and materials vary with what is available and what a venue allows.

The photographs, text and designs on this site belong to Orchid Events by Sonal. Please do not reuse them to advertise another business. Share a link to a page as much as you like.

Quote links

A quote link is private. Anyone holding it can read that quote, so treat it the way you would treat the quote itself. Tell us and we will replace it if you think it has gone somewhere it should not have.

The site itself

We keep this site accurate and available, and we cannot promise it is never wrong or never down. If something here contradicts a quote we have sent you, the quote is what counts.
