Most celebrations are a single afternoon in one space, and the decoration has to look finished from the moment the first guest walks in. These are smaller than a wedding and we quote them the same way: itemised, so you can see exactly what you are paying for and drop anything you do not want.

What a celebration costs
A single backdrop or balloon setup for a milestone birthday, a baby shower or a graduation usually lands in the low hundreds to around a thousand. The quote itemises each piece on its own line with a photograph against it, usually the next working day, so you can see what the balloon arch costs separately from the table styling and drop whatever you do not want.
Telling us what you are planning
Four things get you a real number rather than a range: the date or the month, the venue or the kind of venue, roughly how many guests, and anything you have already seen and liked. A photograph from somewhere else is genuinely useful here, because most people know the look they want long before they know the words for it. Calls and messages are answered from nine in the morning to eight at night, seven days.
What we bring to the room
Balloon work, photo walls and flower walls, table styling, drapery, lanterns and centrepiece glassware, most of it our own stock. We deliver, set up and clear with our own team, so a birthday in a rented hall does not leave you carrying arches to a car at the end of the night.
Where we set up
Community centres, banquet halls, hotel function rooms, offices and private homes across Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Chapel Hill, Apex and Pittsboro, and the rest of North Carolina. A living room is as ordinary a job for us as a ballroom, and a great many of the birthdays and showers we style are at home.
