What corporate work costs
A stage, a branded wall and banquet centrepieces for a gala or a holiday party is typically a few thousand. Registration and entrance decor on its own is less. The quote is itemised and usually with you the next working day, so procurement gets a line-by-line figure rather than a single number.
Working with procurement
We invoice the company and work to your process, and a W-9 comes back within one business day of asking. Send us your venue’s vendor requirements and we will tell you plainly what we can and cannot meet. The quote itself is itemised line by line, which is usually what a finance team wants to see rather than a single figure on a proposal.
Installing inside the venue window
Corporate work is judged on whether it is standing before doors open. Venues contract you for a load-in window and a strike time, and ours is the team that turns up for both: the people who design the decor deliver it, install it and clear it. Tell us the run of show and the window the venue has given you, and we will build to it rather than asking for an extension on the day.
What to send us to get a quote
The date, the venue, the headcount, and your brand colours or a deck if you have one. If the venue has a vendor requirements document, send that too and we will answer it directly. The itemised quote usually comes back the next working day, and email is answered within one business day, which is the channel most companies want anyway for the paper trail.
