Set up with care for the tradition
Ceremonies have requirements that decor has to work around rather than over: where the priest needs space, which flowers are acceptable, which direction the setup faces. We ask before we design, and we work to what the family and the priest tell us.
Three years in the Triangle
Weddings, pujas, birthdays and corporate events across Raleigh, Durham, Cary and the rest of North Carolina.
Our own team, start to finish
The people who design your decor are the people who deliver, install and clear it. Temples, hotel ballrooms, banquet halls and private homes.
Itemised, and quick to answer
Every item priced on its own line with a photograph against it, usually the next working day. Read it and approve it from your phone.
What we handle
- Puja and mandir decorationIdol staging, floral surrounds, and seating arranged so the ceremony can be seen from the room.
- Griha praveshTraditional entrance gates, door garlands and rangoli, sized to a real doorway rather than a venue arch.
- Diwali and NavratriDiya entrances, stage backdrops and community-hall staging that can be installed and cleared inside a booked slot.
- Naming and thread ceremoniesSmaller traditional setups at home or in a hall, with floor seating and floral backdrops.
What a ceremony costs
A full ceremony with a stage, florals and seating is typically a few thousand. A smaller setup at home is less. The quote itemises every part, so the mandir decoration and the entrance garlands are separate lines rather than one figure to take on trust.
Working to the ritual, not around it
The decor has to leave room for what actually happens. A hawan kund needs clearance and a surface that can take it, patiyas go where the priest wants them and not where the symmetry would prefer, and a mandir needs to be reachable from the front rather than framed from a distance. Tell us who is officiating and we will set up to their requirements. If they want to see the layout beforehand, that is easier than moving it on the morning.
Setting up in a family home
A great many pujas and griha pravesh setups are in houses rather than halls, and a house has different constraints: doorways, ceiling height, carpet, and furniture that has to go somewhere. We install and clear with our own team and without damage to the house. Entrance garlands, toran, floor seating, rangoli space, brass diyas and urli are our own stock, so a home setup does not depend on what a rental supplier has left.
What to tell us first
The date and the ceremony, the address or the venue, roughly how many people, and any requirement the priest has already given you. That is enough for an itemised quote, usually the next working day, which you can read and approve from your phone. Festival dates fill early, so Diwali and Navratri staging is worth asking about well before the week itself.

Ask for a quote
If your priest has given you a list of requirements, send it exactly as it is. We will quote against it rather than around it.
